To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. Alexis was very persuasive
Alexis was very persuasive. I initially was going to cancel my account but she convinced me to keep it. In light of the benefits, I believe I made the right decision.

Eddie listened. Eddie advised me of steps. He never once got disgruntled. Very knowledgeable and resourceful. He kept it very professional. He is the example of what customer service looks like.
