Great customer service
Great customer service. Jasmin was so polite, informative, and helpful! She did a great job explaining the perks of continuing my membership, and gave great direction on steps I need to take. I really appreciated her help!

The IDebtitylQ representative gave me…
The IDebtitylQ representative gave me excellent customer service. I was able to ask questions about my credit score and was also given information to help me decide which plan of choice to meet my needs. This representative even helped me to navigate their website in order to get my printout/download of my credit report! I am so, so happy for this excellent professional service !

Vick was very helpful and…
Vick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me thru every step and answered all my additional questions. He was willing to take my calls anytime I needed help with my credit. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. Talked to another company about a credit issue...they told me there would be a one time $1 fee for them to check my identity and didn't tell me this would be an ongoing thing. I'm struggling after a dv divorce and they taking $20 out of my account and telling me they don't do refunds. Seriously??? Wouldn't have been a huge problem if I agreed to it and was informed of it... But ya just take money outta my account and say "sorry you were given wrong info, but we keeping your money." Wow...what a company...
