Hello Osasu, thank you for the opportunity to review your claims. In order to sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. Our records show the first contact you had with us was on August 20, 2026. On that day, we cancelled your account and issued four courtesy credits. An additional credit was applied on August 25th following a chargeback review, totaling five credits. We've attempted to follow up on August 24th and 31st, but haven't heard from you. Hello Joe, thank you for allowing us to review your concerns. We reviewed your account and want to clarify that we have no record of you calling to request a cancellation of your service. Our records show your membership was created through a third-party partner. While we do work with partners who offer our credit and identity theft monitoring services, they are required to clearly disclose our memberships. After we received your review, we spoke to you on August 18, 2026, where we processed your cancellation and issued 3 refunds. You expressed that you found this satisfactory. Hello Shiran, Thank you for your feedback. We understand why verification requirements might feel frustrating. Let us explain why this step matters. Because we provide identity theft protection services, which include credit monitoring and alerts that notify a member when credit is being sought in the member's name, we do not process cancellation requests received from anyone but the member. This requirement is in place to prevent fraud. Specifically, if someone is seeking to use a member's identity to obtain credit without the member's authorization to do so, if that same person cancelled the member's account with us first, then the member may not be notified that someone is attempting to use their identity to obtain credit. This requirement is not in place to create friction but to protect our members. We attempted to reach you on June 26 and June 30, 2026, via phone, voicemail, and text, but have not received a response. We genuinely value your feedback.
