This place is a joke!!!! I called a month ago and canceled only to be charged again this month, and refuse a refund. These people have no idea how to handle customers, the girl.i spoke to was stupid!!!!! Basically called me a liar, and then whine and cried i said a curse word!!!!! Wow are these people still in high school??? Worst company ever spread the word!!!!!

I belong to the major bureaus monitoring service. I signed up for Identity Is because the credit repair company I was using said it was the most accurate. That's a lie. Firstly, I can only see one score that's TransUnion. I paid for all 3. When I called them and told them I can't see Equifax and Experian they said those two bureaus we're down. That was a lie because I have those services as well and they are working fine. My score on IDIQ is 120 LOWER than any other monitoring service and has been showing that way for months. Meanwhile with every other service it has been improving and I got approved for 3 credit cards. Idiq has only been reporting deragtory items and doesn't note any improvements. This is how they profit, by making your credit look really bad, you will be desperate to pay to get it fixed. Extremely slow and inaccurate reporting.

This company is sucks a customer service. Be sure to cancel this if you’re only wanting the trial because they do not offer refunds even on the day that the subscription hits your bank… Most reputable companies offer a refund

Don’t use these people. They are shysters! They charged me on Saturday Christmas day because I couldn’t call in to cancel. The 7 day 1 dollar trial is a scam because it’s not business days so if your 7th day happens to fall on a weekend you are screwed.

I've been using IdentityIQ to track the actions of a Collection Agency and it's really nice that each report is issued a legally binding number to the report that can be referenced back by legal council if using them for the purposes of litigation, as I am. Aside from some minor billing mix-ups that the company has fully responded to and corrected, I don't recommend another service. For Credit Repair, you can attach your CreditVersio.com account right to your IdentityIQ account and it pulls your information right into the free CreditVersio.com Credit Repair software. Using IdentityIQ and CreditVersio, I was able to target and sue 5 separate entities on an entry in my credit file and use the reports as legal evidence. The credit repair service I'm using requires the CRs from IDIQ. My issue is that I haven't been able to see any updates for over a month. I just get an error message. I've called mad times about it. Also, I'm paying for credit monitoring but it doesn't update in real-time. It goes weeks without any updates but I've paid accounts off. The customer service is good. They looked into my issue and tried to help. So they gave me a refund on the service. Only once was I annoyed. I called 10 minutes before closing and the rep kept trying to tell me someone would call me back. of course, that didn't happen.
