I've been on Viasat customer since 2012. Service has been very reliable. It's rare that I interact with support, but when I have, I've had good results. It's not like having fiber, but that's because it's satellite. It would be nice if it was less expensive, but it works well, so I'm getting value for what I'm paying.

Slow speed in my rural area. Bad weather causes internet interruption…even just rain. Those are the times you want to be inside and using the internet. Ongoing…not a specific instance.

The company overcharges for the product IT delivers. I was told o e price and my bill isn't even close.second other providers are offering unlimited HD for less money

Our internet service is close to non existent. Slow, or stop seem to be the norm. Not very happy with your internet service.

I have been unable to connect to my WiFi for months. I called customer service and did not get any help at all.

They are willing to work with you anyway they can. Very helpful polite and happy. You never run out of internet.
