If I had cable access to my rural location, I would cancel Viasat in a heartbeat. Compared to cable prices, this slow speed with limited data plan is NOT a bargain. Fiber optic services are expanding and, with that, marginal and expensive satellite service will become extinct. GET COMPETITIVE NOW! IMPRESS YOUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS! ... and maybe we'll stick around.

My internet goes in and out constantly. Every time I call we go through same process. They say. Nothing is wrong. If I keep calling they say it’s my router. Have replaced 6 times. Still same problem. I’ve given up on getting help from you. Very disappointed

Your service was slow to do most everything, despite speeds exceeding 100M/sec. The ping times were always horrible. The solution for streaming buffering was to choose a lower resolution. I got better performance using a phone with a 4G connection tether to a router.

Good service but the high speed data runs out quick everything is wifi ,TV, security system ,laptop and cellphone.

I Had been having trouble with my satellite for several months and had a technician come out twice. It still would not work correctly but Viasat did come out a third time with a new technician named Michael,and he fixed it a few months ago , and I have not had any problem since. Hooray! I have had ViaSat for years and have had little or no problem with them until that particular time. And they came out until it was fixed and I appreciate it. Thank you.

We need a service call and can’t get one for over 2 weeks. It’s absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. We’ll be looking for another internet provider.
