They promised us that my wife would be able to work from home for her job. She can barely in get on line. Also, when we try to watch movies, it's very glitchy. Making it hard to get through a movie. Further we had trouble streaming music at times. Very low quality internet.

Very few problems! Excellent technician if there is a problem. It has been so long since I've had a problem, maybe first of 2025!

Poor internet service, worse CS, charges for service calls, installer put dish inches from kitchen window, an everyday reminder on how bad they were, always on the up-sell, wouldn’t fix service but had no trouble raising rates. out in the country with few options, soon as fiber optic came we switched.

The company is ok. They lied at first saying that the speed won't drop and then dropped the speed after you top off at the max. Otherwise it's works great we're I'm at

The technician at Viasat said my modem inside my computer was not working. Said he couldn't help me. I would need to have the modem looked at. Called my son in his car on his way to work. I put my cell phone on video and he looked to see if the computer actually there just my #177etc was missing. I clicked it in at his request and it worked. I need to read a file from my attorney and the file being filed in county courthouse. Your technician just needed to give me 3 minutes just 3 minutes

Data is only 60 GB and service is slow and sometimes undependable.
