Hello - it looks like the set was delivered ... we apologize for the delay ... we processed and fulfilled the order immediately but it took UPS an extended period to get it across the country ... we agree that 12 days is too long and are aiming for 4 -7 days ... we are very sorry for the delay and appreciate the feedback. Love the bowls and especially the lids. The stand looks great but the assembly instructions were lacking. The under-bowl mat does have a fitted design to the stand. My pup is a fairly aggressive eater, so has managed to move the lip of the mat out of place multiple times. I also thought the set came with an under-stand mat for those of us who have messy drinkers. It did not come with an under-stand mat.

Love this setup. Bowls stay in place by locking into a position that is magnetic and notched the rubber mat also locks into place on the elevated bamboo platform. The whole system is EASY to clean and rinse off to keep it clean and tidy. Worth the wait and money.
