After about a year of use one of our 3 trot puzzle feeder bowl began to have the "paint"/color on the side peel. The interior was fine. However I notified trot, provided photos and they promptly sent out a new one. They stood by their warranty. Thanks!

Thank you so very much for your speedy response to my issue. The replacement mat is perfect and looks great. I received a mat that was warped and did not fit the stand properly. After a quick email exchange the replacement mat was on its way.

Email customer service is terrific. The feeder is absolutely gorgeous, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed with the magnetic bowls, slow feeding bowl, height options, removable mat, and overall design. I sincerely hope it solves my dog’s feeding problem, which I believe relates to my dog adversely reacting to a dislodging bowl. So far so good.
