I love the bowls, but I have a frenchie and it is very hard for her to eat out of. Consider doing a lower walled bowl for brachycephalic breeds?

While I was one of the lucky ones who did receive their order from the previous owner I was still hoping to purchase the elevated stand. When I found out that Trot had been bought by different owners I decided to try and purchase this elevated stand. I received several order updates via email and received my order within a week! I was glad I ordered the stand and feel these new owners are doing a great job fulfilling orders.

I was an original presale customer. After waiting for too long, I decided to request a refund. After a little over one year I was still in need of a dog bowl set, saw the company was under new management and fulfilling orders and decided to give Trot a second chance. I’m so glad I did!! My order shipped across the country in two days. The bowls and stand are a 10/10. Highly recommend!

Bowl, Stand and Mat shipped quickly and delivered within 4 days of placing my order. I ordered the stand too tall and needed a 3" stand and the customer service was fabulous in handling my exchange. They allowed me to send this 12" stand back and quickly sent out the replacement at no cost. The slow feeder added several minutes to his eating and the quality of the products are excellent. Super happy with my purchase.
