Cancelled 3 times and they keep charging my card. They claim each time I did not cancel and there is no refunds according to them. Also, they have a sister website does the exact same thing myscoreiq and it's funny, my scores are about 50 points difference on the 2 sites which shows me they are just made up scores!

IdentityIQ services use the popular Vantage Scores and our MyScoreIQ product uses the popular FICO® Scores. Please give us a call so we can make it right.

The service is useful but they make it increadibly difficult to unsubscribe. BEWARE before signing up that you are in for a nightmare to unsubscribe. Not only do they force you to call in (no unsubscribe button on their online console) and wait for a very long time. Also the agent forces you to listen to 4-5 spiels before letting you cancel. Though they claim there is a cancel button it is not there.

I was forced to sign up because of a 3rd party service provider required it to obtain the info I was purchasing. They provide no email and after multiple attempts compiling an absorbenant amount of time being on hold multiple calls only to have an automated operator come on and tell me "We are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later" on some of the calls and left a message after being on hold on 1 or 2 of the calls. I put a block on my credit card and reorder a new one all because of in inability to contact to cancel my subscription. I had received attempts for them to reach me and messages left only to be instructed the call the same phone number I had called previously. After submitting this review I was immediately contacted by a representative for the company and alleged the company was in fact having extreme technical difficulties with their phone systems during the time in question. She genuinely apologized and assured me that they would be investigating why this was not handled in a better fashion. I understand things happen and its unfortunate that I was forced to leave a poor review in order to get results. I appreciate the fact that the company did in fact address these concerns and cancel my subscription so quickly once this review was posted and hope that they get things figured out.

I had been calling for a month about the same issue that nobody knew how to solve and when I finally got Anna on the phone she fixed the problem very quickly and she was very polite as well! P.S. give her a raise!!
