They give me the wrong information I ask will my account be updated immediately when I upgrade my plan from the 20 dollar to the 30 dollar plan I was told yes and I was not able to see my update immediately

My customer service rep Meko M made my customer experience excellent… you see I was originally on the phone with a different customer service rep and somehow my call was transferred to Meko M and that actually turned out to be great. She was very informative and caring and took the time out to explain everything she was patient and she did her job really well so she actually deserved 10 stars and I hope that anyone else who calls in to the company can get her as their rep for their customer experience as well

Sandra was very nice. Unfortunately, the plan that she helped me choose did not have all 3 credit bureaus only Experian. Not what I expected! I wanted plan the gave me all 3 with all indystry score models for each bureau. I called back and the girl that I spoke with second time (hispanic I think) probably was new with no training....didn't know answers to simple questions. She said this company only uses Experian information ....wait, what????

I don't know why there are a lot of good reviews, I created an account and call the number to identify my account. But the customer service is really unpatient, I didn't understand the question she asked. And I asked, but she just hang out rudely without a word. I know that my English is not really good. But I think customer service should be patient. I need this report but get no response for a whole day.

Great experience. My credit is getting better. And they said monitoring my credit helps stop identity theft. So far so good.

OMG Vick K was a AMAZING! I was a victim of a crypto scam back in Aug 2022 and Vick gave me sooo many resources to help fight back and protect myself! He was personable and very professional. He really eased my mind because this was very stressful. Thanks for helping me out Vick!
