The customer service representative was able to solve my problem and helped me resolve issues concerning the possible misuse of old accounts that were marked paid but never closed. He was informative, courteous and guided me to reasonable courses of action.

10/10 would recommend IdentityIQ. A few weeks ago I opened a new account, it was for my student loans and I didn't think anything of it. IdentityIQ sent me a real-time alert notifying me of the new open account. I was shocked how fast I was alerted. It makes me feel so at ease and safe to know if my identity was stolen.

I really appreciate the knowledge I grained during my conversation with representative in reference to identity fraud alerts along with the services which are provided for members of Identity IQ. I was able to enroll for services that’s available to me. I felt safer after I was provided with the three Credit Bureaus contact information to place the extended fraud alerts on my credits. Got a letter in the mail that my info was in a data breach. I signed up for IdentityIQ because I’m afraid an identity thief will steal my info. It’s been sending me alerts, so that makes me feel better.
