Absolutely wonderful customer service! My representative Vikram was able to answer all my questions with the utmost professionalism while assisting me with all concerns I had in regards to my case. He had wonderful follow-through making sure that I was taken care of and my case was personally handled by him. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Vikram and making a stressful situation feel like you are not alone and in good hands! I would highly recommend IDIQ for anyone interested in protecting their identity or in need of assistance navigating situations of possible identity theft.

I’ve been with this company for a while now, this is the first time Ive had someone actually explain they system, how credit agencies work the whole 9 yards. Kandi was so professional, knowledgeable and most of all, patient! She answered all my questions without me having the feeling of being rushed. Kandi is best! Identity IQ is lucky to have her.

Jenekia provided excellent service,and she was very thorough.She explained the product very clear and detailed,most of all she was clear and understandable.In the past I’ve had problems understanding the reps, due to the language barrier and with them barely understanding me and constantly trying to sell instead of just providing a service.Jenekia done such a great job , I purchased the best item along with an additional item.Thanks Jenekia for being patient and thorough as well as considerate.
