I've IdentityIQ for about a month now and Mark Jackson has been Exceptional in helping me with getting my credit plan with a wealth of knowledge and information. In just a couple of weeks I have already had a collection removed and my score has gone up! I can't wait to see what will happen in the next 60 days! 10 Stars for Mark!!!

Terrible customer service. I used them for about 3 months (no real results) they claim you can cancel your account via the website but then the website prompts you to call. I called to cancel my account and was forced to sit through a 4 minute sales pitch. When I stated that I still wanted to cancel my account the women on the phone proceeded to be rude and hit me with yet another sales pitch. I was ultimately told my account was cancelled and hung up on. 30 days later I receive yet another charge for $30. I called again and was told I can not be refunded and they don’t know why my account wasn’t cancelled the last time, oh and another sales pitch. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This service is awful. First of all scammers use this when they offer loans and then the next thing your information is on the Dark Web. I never authorized them to take 34.99 from my account. I called customer service and they supposedly cancelled my subscription but they don’t refund. Well I want my money back in my account because this was an unauthorized purchase.
