I was happy to know you are in my neighborhood. I was dis appointed that your facility is closed to the public! Karla handled my order with precision . I would love to handle my order in person , thus saving myself $8 in shipping. You know that conservation is the key to everyone's heart!

Jennifer J did a terrific job simplifying and guiding me through the complexities of choosing a comfortable replacement for my very uncomfortable cpap mask and helping me find solutions to my problems as a new cpap user. The information she gave me was really a training on the subject. It was useful and to the point in every case. She helped me to find what size mask I need, showed me several choices that would work for me in the future and suggested solutions to the most pressing dilemmas I was facing in learning to use my new cpap. She was courteous, professional, thorough and very patient throughout our conversation. I appreciated her manner and expertise. I left the call feeling reassured and much more knowledgeable. Was shipped wrong item by computer error on company listing. Called and was connected with Sara(h) A. Sara(h) was polite, very knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. She realized what happen, found the correct item I had ordered and got it shipped out for me in very little time. Sara(h) is as I would say 'She is the very essence of Cpap.com'. I needed help with an order on the website and called customer support. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and polite, and was able to resolve my technical issue, which was due to recent software changes. I was able to complete my order with her help.

I went to CPAP.com to order my travel CPAP machine, because I believed they were a trusted online website. I am leery of many of the other sites. I am not that savvy when it comes to CPAP equipment but did my research and settled on the DreamStation Go. When I saw CPAP.com had them in stock, I jumped at it. Unfortunately, I ordered only the humidifier segment of the DreamStation Go. A more knowledgeable person would not have made my error. I called and Carol, listened, helped sort out my error and set up the return. She also advised me on an alternative travel CPAP. She was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. She confirmed my belief that CPAP.com is a trusted site for ordering CPAP equipment.
