I had an issue with adjusting settings on my new CPAP and the CSR (didn’t catch his name)was so patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process and then gave a discount on some supplies I purchased from him. I have been a long time customer of CPAP.com and don’t have any interest or reason to looks elsewhere for my CPAP needs.

My work involves relocating every couple of years, while vacationing at home, I realized Phillips issued a recall on several CPAPs, my awesome odds reared their ugly head. After spending countless hours on fruitless endeavors (our helath system is such a fraud) to expedite the process. The stars aligned and amazing Brandy, a true angel , walked me through the process. While outfits tried to hoodwink me, Brandy walked me through the process in such a courteous and professional approach, taking the time to hear me. Not lecturing me about what I should do, she offered me alternatives and advice I sorely needed. Forget about snake oil salesfolks, who bamboozle folks about the need to see you a million times. Brandy was phenomenal! I didn't realize a part of my tubing could be inter-changed, which led me to think I had the wrong part but she then showed me what I needed to do to make it work because indeed it was the correct part. Thank you so much for your patience and direction! 100 thumbs up!!
