My partner was in need of a replacement CPAP machine after the Phillips recall. I found the Luna II Auto CPAP Machine with humidifier online. I was not sure how to place the order and get the prescription to them. Daryl C. was pleasantly helpful and the order was placed over the phone. We should get the machine in a couple days. So pleased with their service.

This was my first time attempting to order CPAP supplies online last night but something went wrong! I was shocked to see my attempt to place an order went very wrong. There were 3 different charges made to my account. Daryl had a calming voice and put me at ease in short order. He knew what needed to be done to refund the charges and then order the supplies I intended to order. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and maintained a calming and pleasant demeanor. He is an exemplary example of a professional customer service representative, one that will help a business attract customers and MAINTAIN customers! He is one of your most valuable assets! Pedí un equipo CPAP, la misma resultó estar defectuosa por parte del manufacturero. Entiendo que todos esos equipos del mismo diseño, fueron recogidas a todos los que obtuvieron una. Me comuniqué dejando mensajes de tex a Cpap.com y al devolverme la llamada me atendió un personal muy amable, respetuosa e intentó todo lo posible para ayudar a resolver mi problema.
