Zendesk use dodgy tactics to stop me downgrading my monthly account to their new, more competitively priced, tier. I've been trying for months, frontline customer service acknowledge I should be able to but then pass the message into a black hole and it never gets actioned. But they keep billing my card.

I used ZenDesk for years at multiple companies and it was always fantastic. At my new company, I got us onto ZenDesk, only to find out that they've made the basic reporting functions an "upgrade" to the regular plans. They now want me to start paying 20% more just to be able to run basic reports on my own data - a feature that, for years, was included for free in the plan I already have. Next time I need a CRM I guess I'll finally give Kustomer a try.

Zendesk tricked us into upgrading the plan, charged us but didn’t provide the service. Their customer service is non existent. They ignore our requests, don’t issue a refund and don’t downgrade the plan! We’ve been using their service and paying them for years but that’s how they treat their customers 😡

SCAM ALERT , scammed me for the money which I paid and never provided the services. I call'd them manytimes but there was no response from them. They transfered their customer service to India somewhere and we get pathetic customer service. They barely understand English

Every site where i need to interact with zendesk i cant recieve answers to simple questions or solve simple problems. They do not care what you wrote, what you wanted, everytime i recieve copypaste answer. Business owners stop using this terrible service, they will ruin your business... Please...

They auto-renew my service without any notice. After they charge me, I immediately cancel my service and they refuse to refund.
