Brug IKKE dette firma! De sender ingen faktura og man får i stedet en rykker med gebyr og advarsel om inkasso. Når man tager kontakt, får man en undskyldning - efterfulgt af en frisk indkassovarsel.

Look, When using there support ticket system, discord has been mostly unhelpful with their tickets(they actually answered me like once) Relating to a guild transfer, but that's pretty much it. Every other time they either had a bot answer or was unhelpful(the guild transfer worked the second time and not first, they told me to wait for my friend's account to be gone first). If ZenDesk wants a better review, they will try to handle situations rather than just punishing us cause they can to trying to handle stuff like Microsoft does with technology(yes microsoft has better support). However, zendesk when they do actually help they can do it pretty well, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one.

Forfærdelig respons helt uden personlig repræsetation. Lader til de har sat kunstig intelligens på til automatisk svar, og uden optimeret input. Jeg stillede et spørgsmål, og fik svar på om jeg ville det modsatte. /David

I want to invest 5k on a exchange platform. But I'm waiting 13 days for a manual verification, after I already was autmatic verifcated. So I will choose for another exchange. They only have to check my photo (a selfie) but they are too slow.

Der Vertrieb von Zendesk ist unzuverlässig! Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, Anfragen werden bewusst ignoriert. Zendesk entwickelt eine tolle Support-Lösung ist aber selber nicht in der Lage vernünftigen Support anzubieten. Eine Frechheit!
