Zendesk is by far the best helpdesk software, although there are many of them on the market. They are the most mature product on the market and now that they are merging multiple channel into one workflow, that's all we need for our business to be on top of our customer service!

Zendesk war für uns in der Testphase soweit so gut. Nach der Testphase haben wir einen 12-Monats Abo abgeschlossen. Wir haben nach 3 Tagen festgestellt, dass für uns aus mehreren internen Gründen das monatliche Abo besser geeignet ist. Sofort haben wir uns in Verbindung gesetzt und wollten von unserem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen. Nach einen Tag haben wir die Antworte bekommen: Leider nicht möglich. Keine Kulanz und Nichteinhaltung von Widerrufsrecht macht für uns klar das es für die Zukunft definitiv nie wieder Zendesk sein wird!

Zendesk is a fine tool, but ironically has the worst customer support on their end. After having identified an issue with their validation error while adding a new payment method, they were unable to understand the issue during the first round of emails that took days to respond. After few months and dozens of emails, calls and chats later it resulted in them throwing in the towel and saying that the problem is on their end, but they're not going to do anything to fix that. If you're wondering why your bank is rejecting their verification payment, it's because it comes in as a manual card terminal payment with 0 sum, which will trigger anti fraud measures in most banks. I've been using the same Mastercard in every other online service provider without any issues. They lured us on board with free trial, so we built up the systems on their platform and then when they wanted to charge money it was impossible to give it to them.

I can't speak highly enough about this software. It is brilliant. We have a busy helpdesk supporting customers who use our software. Implementing Zendesk has revolutionised how we interact with our customers. They are happier. We are happier. No issues ever go unresolved. And we can measure how satisfied our customers are with our support and change the things that need changing. Brilliant!!!
