There are times when wi-fi is too slow. Maybe there are too many users? If so, then why? We are paying for high speed internet--not slower at times because people are watching movies or playing games. 11

New modem showed up promptly, as did the technician who installed it. With that new service the service is much improved. Only negative was presentation after the fact of an 18-page contract - really.

Very articulate information and answers to all of my questions without hesitation. Agent provided me with a sense of confidence to make decisions on whether or not to change my plan and how that would benefit my needs, as well as what the process entails.

System was not working properly when the technician left. We were told to get a new phone and if that did not work call him. He gave us his number. No response to the call!
