Our wi-fi signal is very weak. Sometimes none at all. I think our router is not working correctly. I have unplugged it to reboot it several times but it does not seem to make a difference. Really need a tech to come see what is going on with it. Thank you. Bryan Patison 281-543-2676

We can't never get a good signal or use more than one device at a time. Always has been bad Not just any particular day but always is terrible

Internet does not work during the day and about 15% of nights. Viasat updated the package I have to be unlimited but that doesn't help when I can't even use it until after 6PM.

Haven't had a problem since getting the service. (But, I will add the modem's numbers on the bottom are terribly small and hard to read.)

It was great back when we first subscribed to the dish type intranet services, but it is not affordable now days. You cannot really stream TV with it, it cuts in/out alot. when you subscribe to unlimited internet you think you can stream, but that is not really true. You get 100 gigs a month, but if you want to use the internet to stream you need like a terabyte! per month, and the cost goes from $120 to like $300 a month!! otherwise the speed of the intranet goes down so low you cannot even open a browser on your computer or phone. So I guess it really depends on what you want to have internet for: if it's business and school only you can do it on the 60-80 gigs for $120 a month, but if you want to stream or your kids want to game, it's not the service for you?

I've been trying to get my account cancelled so my nephew will stop playing games and I don't use it. They talked me out of it till Dec. You don't refund any portion which I didn't like. When I called back again, I went through the whole thing again. And here it is a day later and its still not off.
