Love the features of the set
Love the features of the set. Was unable to find anything similar and was therefore willing to spend the extra for it. The bowls and mat seem to be of high quality and the stand is attractive. The stand was shipped unassembled and although it was somewhat easy to do, it is not sturdy unless you tighten the screws tight - but this tends to split the wood. This has not caused any problem but I was afraid that I was damaging the base while assembling it. For the price it would be nice to arrive assembled.

Delivery was missing the lids and the mat for the stand. Also, there were 2 different screws and the instructions didn’t specify which type to use

I regret buying the Trot Pet Elevated Dog Bowls. The design is awful—water constantly collects underneath the bowls, creating a huge mess. It’s frustrating having to wipe up puddles after every meal, and the buildup under the bowls is just gross. To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, I was told I couldn’t return it due to their return policy. So now I’m stuck with a poorly designed product that I can’t even use without constant cleanup. Save yourself the hassle and look for something better!

The Best Feeding Set!
I have had a Trot feeding set-up previously, but I gave it to a local pet benefit shop when my dog died 18 months ago. Now I have a new dog, a 10 year old Lab, and he definitely needed these bowls on the pedastel. I initially ordered the wrong set, and emailed Customer Service. They quickly cancelled that order and refunded me; I placed the correct order, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Fenton the Lab loves it!

Excellent quality
This bowl set has elevated Koda’s dining experience! The puzzle bowl has helped slow down his eating and he loves the mental challenge it provides! We chose the 12 inch stand and it is perfect for his posture! No more tipping is a plus with the magnetized bowls! Last but not least, we love all the color choices and went with light blue…my favorite color!
