ZERO customer service. The bowl and mat colors don't match - I got orange. I've been trying to contact someone to exchange and NO response (no phone number). SO disappointed. Do not order.

Bowls have water on inside after putting them in dishwasher (they were described as dishwasher safe). They say the products have lifetime warranty, but company does not respond to emails or any customer service inquiries on their site. Not happy with this product & unmet promises.

Love the whole set up! I couldn’t get my dog to eat out of any other slow feeder but this one. I love having the lid so that I can take her lunch to daycare. Well worth the price.

Love this set. I have a rescue who was brought into the shelter as a stray and she really goes to town at breakfast and dinner time. The slow feeder is like a little activity for her (also doesn't allow her to inhale her food) and the magnets are genius! Love that everything goes in the dishwasher. Her feeding area looks so tidy and dare I say chic?! While the set cost more than I planned to spend, I now see it as money well spent.

Took several weeks to ship, and only shipped once I emailed in to ask what was up. Item was lower quality than I'd expected - wobbly, cheap looking wood.

I needed to return due to my dog being aggressive with it. Water pooled under the bowls and they shifted. Unfortunately they are not giving me my full refund. They are deducting 61.99 from what I paid. LESSON LEARNED, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
