I was approved on a Thursday and…
I was approved on a Thursday and received my shipment on Tuesday. The company doesn’t ship on weekends and explained why they do not. I’m very happy with the shipping time!

The UI is horrible
The UI is horrible. Hard to manage your account through it. probably wont stay longer if I can't manage my account.

TERRIBLE - do not sign up, you'll never connect with someone who can help you.
Expressed an interest in this service. The only way to get information is by paying the $497. When i did not act right away they were quick to offer a discount. Once I signed up and saw the medication and type of injection I knew was not for me. Via text I asked to cancel. They texted no problem with their " flexible cancellation" policy. We set up a call via text. They called, but it was a robo call putting me on hold and then sending me to a voicemail. Texted again (clearly not a live person), set up another call - same thing. They have called me 4 times, but there is never a person there. I have emailed with no response. They have taken my payment, but ZERO customer service. Having automated replies and robo calls is NOT SERVICE. Next will be filing a complain with BBB.

No means no
Agreed to order, then crickets for several days. Finally I said cancel order. That got their attention. In the meantime I saw my doctor and he ordered for my diabetes. I sent these ignorant people 6 emails telling them to cancel. They sent anyway, I refused delivery and told them. They repackaged and sent again, I refused delivery and told them. Do not order from these people. I am pretty sure I would not have received the package as quickly had I not said cancel it. I had a feeling they were scammers. Should have followed my instincts.
