My card on file expired, so no shipment sent. Can't get a good phone number to call and update my information, and apparently can't do it on their website. They offered by email to set up a time for a phone call which we did but the call never came. Now I'm stuck in the merry go round

I received my first order late and at room temperature. According to their literature, it is unusable, if not refrigerated. I called them to request a replacement and they said they have to receive a picture of a thermometer and vial on the date of receipt. I didn't read that in their literature. I requested a refund of my $297 and they refused to refund or replace it. I cancelled my subscription immediately. Update 9/28/23: I received a refund today. Thank you for resolving this matter.

Well the box came and was a day late and FedEx just set it on my doorstep without ringing my door so when I came out it was in the sun and said to be refrigerated. When I opened it the ice pouches were liquid so don’t know if I should use
