I asked to have my detergent offset as I only use the pad occasionally. I never get pushback when managing my account and the response is prompt and the reps are very friendly. The pads are working well!! One of our rescue puppies started using them right away. The other, more stubborn pup took 2 days, alternating between the pads and the floor. Now she's using them all the time, with no accidents!
