My dog definitely would not use the pad. The pad it self was ok. But it was of the quality, you could get from any pet shop or some supermarket's for a lot cheaper. I did email them and the reply I got was to purchase some washing sheets, that you put in the wash at a cost of £14.99. And apparently that was half price. For me it was a total waste of £39.99

These pads are junk it's not holding pee it leaks to the floor our floor is always wet, no scent smells pee instead I'm going back to buy from amazon at least the HD dog pads work better.

He refuses to use it. I put a little of his urine on it and it did not help. When I point to it or she it to him, he turns away. He is afraid of it. I will keep trying. Only had it a little over a week.

Unfortunately the “Pheromones” doesn’t work for my pooch and paying for £39 just wasn’t worth the money, and unfortunately I can’t tell you if it’s odour and leak proof…I was so hopeful but, on the plus side, delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. Update, you’ve requested proof that I am a genuine customer, see my order number #320714P as proof and I’m not a first time puppy owner so I don’t appreciate your patronising reply.

Be very careful ordering from this company. This company popped up on a Facebook advert and appeared to be UK based. I was going to purchase but stopped when I realised that the transaction was trying to go through in USD and not the GBP that had been shown up to that point. I terminated the transaction. My bank then contacted me to say that a fraud alert had been triggered on my account as this company was trying to set up a monthly subscription for the same amount as the puppy pads. At no point did I agree to this and I am thankful that my bank caught it and they are now blocked from taking money from my account.

I never received the Puppy Pad I ordered. it was sent to someone in the U.S. as I reported a couple of weeks ago.
