The pads have worked wonderfully at our home. My puppy does not really like her feet getting wet when the grass is wet outside. So I think she prefers the pads over the grass. She is a quirky little pup but loved very much. Thanks for making them available to us.

I have used other puppy pads (waterproof fabric) which worked ok most of the time. With the ne puppy pads that I purchased from Puppypad.com, there is never an issue!! I have a blind pup and she finds them every time! Love the product

I have a family of Pekingese fur babies who do not like hot or cold weather. I have used disposable pee pads and knew there had to be a cheaper, cleaner, and healthier way to handle the indoor bathroom breaks. I tried other reusable pee pads and they just didn’t hold up and started to smell no matter how much I washed them. I recently received my second shipment of PuppyPads- not because the first set failed in any way- but because I wanted more to cycle through with my pups. They do not leak and they hold up wash after wash. My first set is about 9 months old and I’m not getting rid of them yet! I contacted the Customer Success team because I wanted to cancel the laundry sheet autoship. Emma was the BEST customer service person I have had the pleasure of talking to. She answered my email quickly, asked questions, offered suggestions and at no time was I pressured or disrespected. She made me feel like a valued customer and that meant the world to me. PuppyPads, I am a customer for life! Thank you for hiring excellent customer service representatives to support your customers. Tami 🥰

Our older dog has been having accidents, but now when she can’t make it outside- she uses the puppy pad.

Since I use the pad and the detergent I saved money and my dog knows where to go for his needs. The company is also very reliable definitely I would recommend.
