Hi, We're sorry to hear that the PuppyPads didn't meet your expectations. For hygiene and safety reasons, used PuppyPads cannot be accepted for return, as they have been exposed to pet waste. This policy helps ensure the safety of both our customers and our team. We understand this may be disappointing, and we're sorry if it wasn't as clear as it should have been. We'd also like the opportunity to review your experience and see how we can help. Please email us with your order number or the email address used for your purchase so we can properly assist you and look into your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and hope to hear from you soon. PuppyPad Customer Experience Team

Hi Debbie, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Regarding the shipping, when our Wisconsin warehouse is out of stock, orders are fulfilled from one of our Asia warehouses to avoid further delays. We apologize if this was not the experience you were expecting. We also reviewed your case and can confirm that our team has been responding to your emails and working with you regarding your concerns. We understand that you're seeking a full refund, and we'd like the opportunity to continue assisting you toward a resolution. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. PuppyPad Customer Experience Team
