It took Lily (she’s a Bichon/Maltipoo) a little extra time to get use to the puppy pad because she was so used to the paper pee pads. Once she started using the puppy pee pad we were all thrilled! It absorbs the odor quickly, does not stain, our carpet is kept from being wet and it has really been a wonderful pad. Their customer service is amazing and they get back to you right away. We are very pleased with the Puppy Pad.

We really loved the product. Sadly, our precious 16-year-old pup passed away on New Year's Eve so we had to cancel our subscription. The customer service representative treated us with such kindness and compassion. If we ever get another fur baby in the future, we'll be sure to use PuppyPad again. Thank you....

I was anxious on the timeline of shipping because puppy was going to be here soon. Shipping info wasn't changing. Emailed and Hannah answered several times and assured me it was on the way. She was great,very nice and professional. I felt like I was being annoying. But she was awesome. Have puppy and pad working great. Thank you so much and Thank you Hannah for all of your help.

I'm impressed with the quality of the pads, everything that was promised came through. I was frustrated with my dog stepping half way on my old pads and peeing on the floor, and all the waste going in the landfills! From the first time I used the puppy pad my dog has not missed, not once!!! I'm not kidding! I can't recommend these enough, get them and see your frustration go away too!!!

These really WORK! My Greyhound, Isla has separation anxiety and was peeing on the carpet or leaving a big puddle on my kitchen floor every time I went out. I put down a puppy pad and she used it every time. Now I can leave her six hours and she holds it till I get home! 🎉🎊 I have recommended it to a friend who has a dog with a similar problem. Well worth the money!

Great job. These are wonderful. It’s so much easier than the disposable pads. I switch them everyday. She is a puppy, yorkie, but not peeing in the house. We are still working on pooping on the pads. It is nice to not have to take her outside in the cold all the time.
