I really love the puppy pads. I have 4 little furry bottons and I always have 2 pads down. They always go on the puppy pads. I wash every other day. I have 6 pads so there are always clean pads available. I am so happy I don't have to clean up torn disposable pads. Best decision ever!!

The pads are awesome. I place them in different places in my house due to potty training my puppies. The medium fits perfectly in my hallways. Never leaks through even with a lot of urine. Washes well also! I would definitely recommend them! I have saved a lot of money by buying less of the disposable ones (I keep a few as a backup when washing all of my pads together.)

The product arrived promptly, and was better quality than I expected. Their team checked in with me a couple of weeks after second order to see if everything was okay, and answered a question I had about drying the pads.

Update: I did get a direct call from management and Andrew was quick to fix the situation. The pads did not work for us, but they were worth the try. I am happy with the final conversation. Originally, I had a terrible experience with the customer service team.

I was asked to take a picture of her using the pee pad, which I would love to do since they work so well but unfortunately I’m probably the only person who has a shy dog when it comes to going to the bathroom. Outside is fine but she does not like anyone watching when she is inside. If she catches you she won’t go and goes to the second pad which I have in the bedroom so she doesn’t have so far to go at night.
