Cynthia was incredible!! She was patient, courteous, spoke slowly and clearly. I’m 81yrs so appreciated these attributes. She made sure I was taken care of and when we were disconnected, she called me back. I could not ask for more. I’m so grateful to Cynthia Alagao!

Lost my card in a crevice in my vehicle and called customer service for a replacement. Overall, I was satisfied with the call center customer service representatives. I spoke to one on Saturday and one after normal customer service hours on Monday. They were polite, left messages with local property management office, and hopefully local property management will leave a new card with the attendant sooner than later. This is one of those times when I wish there was a local number to call, even just voice mail.

I love these parking stations, they are convenient and affordable! And most of the time they have open parking spaces. I would totally recommend them.
