We received a ticket in the mail we knew nothing about. When contacting the company, they agreed to reduce the amount but it wasn't done. I called and talked to a very kind lady by the name of Anne. She was thoughtful, professional and took care of the reduction in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed with her help and kindness.
