I’m a previous optician turned frame rep. I have SO many frames that I need lenses for. This was my first order with Lens Direct. I have a minimal single vision Rx so I just get cr-39 with anti-reflective. It was SO fast and so easy! Customer service was super easy to contact to provide my PD. I will most definitely be ordering more from lens direct. Thank you!!

Dornio Boyce went above and beyond to help me get my prescription verified in a timely manner. He saw there was an error and was quick to help me fix it.

I mistakenly ordered a bifocal lens. I needed a redo, and Claire was able to get me a 30% discount on my redo.

Awesome customer service! I had ordered from a competitor and was on back order on the verge of running out! Lens direct sent me 2 weeks of trials so I did not run out until my order was delivered!

Really friendly and responsive customer service. Claire and Bibi both helped me out. Even though I was not able to get my lenses for the frames I have (guess I have super strong Rx) I would highly recommend LensDirect to any of my friends based on my positive experience with these two employees.
