It’s my first time ordering contacts from Lens Direct. I received an email and call plus voicemail about verification of address so my order could be shipped. Warren Lewis is who helped me when I called back. Warren helped me resolve my issue so my order could be successfully shipped.

I had a false order/charge to my card and Customer service rep, Bibi was able to have the problem solved and money returned to my account within a matter of minutes. However, I do not suggest ordering from lensdirect or even inquiring about possibly ordering. Once they receive your information and order is placed within a matter of a hours without your prescription ever being verified.
