The reliability of coverage is great. Only issue that I've come across is the availability of free phones is something to be desired. I know I should be happy with a free phone, which I am, but the quality isn't that great.

Our phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing), but for better performance, we offer low-cost upgrade options. Cheap phone, not the best service. It’s a cheap quality. I’m not liking the service at all.
