My service is reliable. However, I feel as if the data runs out too quickly.

Hi Sheila, The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month. If you're a prepaid customer, you also have the flexibility to change plans at any time as your needs change. You can call 611 or visit genmobile.com/plans to explore your options.

Well, the good folks at Gent forgot to tell me what my New phone number is and They're really no help at all... The Hot Pepper phone itself is Compact fits easily into your hand, and is easy to use! 4 stars

Had no problems with service. Could use upgrade on cell phone but other than that. No problems
