They were quick to send a new phone n activate my service im only having trouble getting the email to verify my email address to reconnect my service but otherwise everything else has been great for a year now

Gen mobile a very reliable I like the service that I have it's an awesome phone provider for people that need a free phone service I recommend gen mobile just stay connected at zero cost number one in the nation thank God for free phone service
