Purchased this vase as my secretaries retirement gift. It was everything I expected and more. I had never used this company before - just was searching the web and their name popped-up. They were very responsive to all of my needs and I would use them again.

Worth the price! Our company emblem is very detailed, and we weren't sure if it was going to transfer properly with the size we wanted. It turned out beautiful, and the recipient is going to absolutely LOVE it!!!

I could not believe how fast I received my order. The engraving was perfect and the price was much better than expected for such a quality product.

I am a PhD student and I got this for a fellow student upon their graduation. It was PERFECT to see their new title in crystal, perfectly centered and designed. Really nice work. I will definitely be ordering more in the future for just about everyone.

I selected a beautiful and unique vase for a very special event. I was to present this vase during a speech in front of 400 people. I was very proud to have found this item and shared the "sample" picture with many people. I made my order and later that day the payment was taken out of my account. The next day I received a call from their customer service person who said my vase wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for a few weeks. My event was in 2 and it wouldn't be there in time. After many back and forth emails, the best the company would do is help me select another product and deduct 10% from my new order. I'm nowhere near as happy with the vase I have and I am still waiting for the refunded difference to show up in my account. CrystalPlus, please post availability next to products so we know what we're getting ourselves into as customers. And certainly don't bill our accounts if you don't have the product. Poor way to treat people.

Thank you for the review. First and foremost, we would like apologize for the inconvenience on the stock issue. Our system updates our stock availability every 24 hours. Usually, if the item is out of stock, it shows on the product page and will not allow you to add the item to the shopping cart. Unfortunately, due to the multiple ordering realms, there will be rare cases of these discrepancy with the actual stock on our shelves. We always try to implement certain system(s) to avoid this oversold situations, but at times, we the system cannot update fast enough. As for the refund to which we've previously discussed, it has been processed and should reflect into your account in 2-3 business days. Again, we sincerely apologize for the stock issue and any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward to hearing from you again. - CrystalPlus.com Management Team

The items to choose from are numerous I think that I have had the same issue 3 times after sending engraving and then need to make a change, I end up having to call or chat as the art department never gets the change - even though I submit the changes (just a little annoyance) but everything has always worked out well
