Hello, Thank you for your input. We greatly appreciate your time. After looking into your order records, we understand that you are dissatisfied due to the transit time for the arrival of your package. Please note, we shipped the order with the 3 Day Air shipping method via. FedEx as selected during checkout. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in that FedEx counts weekends as transit time, which are not standard shipping/ service delivery days provided by UPS or FedEx - without additional charge of Saturday delivery; We have no way to control how FedEx conducts their shipping transit. Additionally, we also indicated that the shipping transit time does not include weekends or holidays on the shipping method selection during checkout. Thus, we hope you recognize that we have offered the proper services and shipped with the requested 3 Day Air method and the order did arrive on time. We thank you once again for your business and time. Have a wonderful day. - CrystalPlus Management Team

Sorry for the misunderstanding of the item you checked out on our Ebay listing. We did clearly indicate the product name as "Personalized 20oz GLASS COFFEE TEA MUG CUP" and there is also a clear product image for the reference . Additionally, we sent you the proof to show you the item in actual size and exactly how we've place your personalization on the product. This Glass Mug is listed as $29.00 with Free Standard shipping on Ebay. In order to get it delivered by your due date, you decided to pay for the Next day Air shipping upgrade. We feel we have done what we can do to fulfill your order based on your item and shipping method selection. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we could have done better to make your purchase experience better. Thanks again for ordering with us. - CrystalPlus.com Management Team

Thank you for the feedback. The damage happened during the shipping transit due to the improper handling by the shipping carrier that is out of our control. We have taken the full responsibility to ship the New gift boxes on the same day at our cost all the way to Canada, your destination. We have also provided you the tracking number. Please understand we strive to providing the best quality of products and services and have done our best to prevent the damage. Due to the fragile nature of glass crystal products and the heavy weight, the damage of the product or its gift box does happen during shipping. - CrystalPlus Management Team

Thank you for the review. First and foremost, we would like apologize for the inconvenience on the stock issue. Our system updates our stock availability every 24 hours. Usually, if the item is out of stock, it shows on the product page and will not allow you to add the item to the shopping cart. Unfortunately, due to the multiple ordering realms, there will be rare cases of these discrepancy with the actual stock on our shelves. We always try to implement certain system(s) to avoid this oversold situations, but at times, we the system cannot update fast enough. As for the refund to which we've previously discussed, it has been processed and should reflect into your account in 2-3 business days. Again, we sincerely apologize for the stock issue and any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward to hearing from you again. - CrystalPlus.com Management Team

Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your order. Kindly note, the engraving area is limited due to the size as well as the curved surface of the apple piece. However, during checkout, you selected the font size for medium to the top text and small for the bottom text. Based on your font selection, we feel we have used our best design judgment to layout your personalization in highlighting the Recipient's name and make the other texts smaller. That being said, we still provided you the artwork proof (in actual size) to show you how your personalization will look, to which if the font size was an issue, as you're able to make changes, you are more than welcome to submit a revision request to make the font larger. In return, you approved of your artwork proof as is and thus, we proceeded with production engraving. We hope you recognize that we have offered our services to the best of our capabilities. We thank you once again for your business and time. We look forward to hearing from you again. Have a wonderful day.

We are Very sorry to hear that you have experienced the credit card issue on our website. Due to increasing credit card fraud cases for online shopping, we’ve set up high security criteria to verify with the billing address on our PayPal merchant processing account. That means we will deny the transactions when the billing address does not match with credit card issuing bank record. What we can confirm from our end is we will not get the payment through to our bank account when the PayPal declines the transactions and the order will not be checked out successfully, even if the credit card issuing bank has approved the transaction and hold off your credit limit. We really do not have any control on how the PayPal merchant service or your credit card issuing bank process those declined transactions due to the address mismatch. However, we sincerely appreciate your comments and suggestions and we will work with PayPal Technical Support to get the right error message shown on our website. Please understand all the credit card processing related messages are posted directly from PayPal Merchant Service processing program to our website. It may have certain setting error in the configuration. We hope after all you are satisfied with our product and personalization quality and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you. From Management Team at CrystalPlus.com
