I ordered vase for a co-worker who is retiring. The whole experience was easy, fast and painless. They suggested a different font on the draft and it was perfect - much better than I had chosen. The vase arrived very fast, and extremely well packed. I would use them again in a minute!!

I placed my first order with CrystalPlus.com recently. This was a test run. From start to finish, the experience was more than excellent! 5+++++. I was assisted by Michelle via online chat, and she literally walked me through the entire process, from choosing my item to uploading my company logo to the inscription to proofing to finalizing to shipping. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. The website is user friendly and full of information, particularly the description of the engraving process. I am now about to place about 40 more orders in recognition of people who have been with my company for a long time. Each item will be inscribed and shipped directly to the recipient of the appreciation award. I am looking forward to doing continued business with CrystalPlus! Thank you, Linda Harvey, Cantella & Co., Inc.

We ordered a crystal plaque through Crystal Plus and were extremely pleased with the customer service, quick turn around and quality of the product. It was one of the easiest and most satisfying online orders I've made in a long time!

The preview doesn't help to understand how the final product will look like. Because the apple I bought was a small size, I choose a small font. But it came up too small and hardly visible (too transparent). Probably, the company should advise customers how to improve their experience with CrystalPlus.

Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your order. Kindly note, the engraving area is limited due to the size as well as the curved surface of the apple piece. However, during checkout, you selected the font size for medium to the top text and small for the bottom text. Based on your font selection, we feel we have used our best design judgment to layout your personalization in highlighting the Recipient's name and make the other texts smaller. That being said, we still provided you the artwork proof (in actual size) to show you how your personalization will look, to which if the font size was an issue, as you're able to make changes, you are more than welcome to submit a revision request to make the font larger. In return, you approved of your artwork proof as is and thus, we proceeded with production engraving. We hope you recognize that we have offered our services to the best of our capabilities. We thank you once again for your business and time. We look forward to hearing from you again. Have a wonderful day.

I used the chat feature and spoke to a sales person and both were very helpful in finding my order order and placing the new one. The approval process went like a breeze. I had mock ups back in 20 minutes. The pieces look amazing.
