Terrific quality and quick turn around.
The plaque was prepared quickly and it turned out beautifully.

Product was very nice but shipped boxes were completely mangled
Anh was great to work with but when our items arrived the boxes they came in were torn and wrecked. They were definitely not acceptable to give awards in.

Thank you for the feedback. The damage happened during the shipping transit due to the improper handling by the shipping carrier that is out of our control. We have taken the full responsibility to ship the New gift boxes on the same day at our cost all the way to Canada, your destination. We have also provided you the tracking number. Please understand we strive to providing the best quality of products and services and have done our best to prevent the damage. Due to the fragile nature of glass crystal products and the heavy weight, the damage of the product or its gift box does happen during shipping. - CrystalPlus Management Team

Lovely quality and so easy to order!
Our order was placed with ease and the resulting product was really lovely. We'll go back to Crystal Plus again!!

Fast, Courteous, Perfect Service!
I am so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from CrystalPlus! We were under a time constraint and they made this process seamless. From the time I gave them my order - I had the product in hand 3 days later - and it had to be shipped from California to Washington state! AMAZING!

Very pleased!
I was hesitate about ordering the award online. I couldn't be more satisfied...it's beautiful, delivered in a timely manner, beautifully boxed. I will certainly use Crystal Plus again!

Great Job
I was very impressed with the service and quality of the product. They called to confirm the delivery day. It was well wrapped for shipping. Also did not charge per word to engrave like other places
