Wait time was minimal. The agent I spoke with was energetic, warm and friendly and most of all very knowledgeable about products, shipping, tracking and more. This was a very positive experience. Much better that what I expected as so many businesses have cut corners to handle customer service in recent years.

I am very happy with CPAP.com. They ship fast. Their prices are excellent. My last order had a backorder on my mask which is a first for them. Brandy the customer service representative found a solution for me right away - handled everything made the changes to my order fast and basically was the easiest edit to an order I have ever been involved with.
