Telefoon: +32 2 477 12 11 ; Openingsuren: Elke dag van 9 tot 17 uur ... I tried to contact zendesk , Zendesk represents customer service RBFA , but if you call them nobody answers the phone , waste of money I called them on 5 different days during opening hours

Bad customer service, very very slow. the price is high while value is not good. very very not user friendly not intuitive and lacking basic features that would make it a high school student level of application. not recommend. but the worst is the customer service. as a support tool having bad support is basic.

I haven't had any issues with their support but the product is just awful. It's a bandwidth hog and the UI is horribly slow and clunky. On a high end desktop, but with my home Internet connection of 2Mbps, it's unusable in terms of performance. Every UI action takes forever. We've been using Zendesk for years at our company and it seems to get slower and slower as time progresses. We don't have any plug-ins - it's a pretty vanilla Zendesk support setup. The web interface is not responsive and very difficult to use on a mobile device (I do not want to install an app). The internal "tabs" of the web UI are very poor user interface trope.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide such comprehensive feedback. We're pleased that you’ve had a positive experience with our support team, but we hear your concerns regarding performance loud and clear. Experiencing sluggish load times, high resource consumption, and a friction-filled mobile web interface is certainly not the standard we set for our long-term users. Your insights have been escalated directly to our product and engineering leads as they work on optimizing platform speed and bandwidth efficiency.

Zendesk, a cheap help service that does not listen to anything, gives a lowbrow unspecific response to any query ( unless it is a legally binding one, so far anyway), waste of time speaking to them.Edited version of events, sometimes a human response is required.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your time and take your concerns about generic responses very seriously. We will review our support protocols to ensure our communications are meaningful, specific, and helpful.

They like taking your money but are not delivering their services! And when you want to cancel you get the silent treatment!

The setup was confusing and took longer than expected. Definitely not worth the hassle for the price.
