This is my second time shopping for drums at X8. I live abroad, but ship domestically in the USA. Both times, I had trouble processing my order (my bank not X8's). I contacted customer service using their chat and within 5 minutes, the order was processed. They worked to accommodate my needs and thanks to them, someone special is getting an awesome birthday gift. I couldn't recommend a better site. Thank you so much!

Great inventory of the more unique percussion instruments that you cant find in the retail stores. Website is easy to navigate. Prices are competitive.

I was having problem deciding on the djembe bag size, and had emailed X8 for advice, the replies from Art was quick and detailed! Even subsequent emails regarding shipping was answered promptly with great detail too. I am very happy with the service and would definitely buy from them again. I can't wait to receive my djembe bag from them.
