I really like X8 drums for their selection, price, service and delivery. They have a huge array of percussion instruments from many different high quality manufacturers. The prices are, if not the lowest, close enough to the lowest to make it worthwhile shopping with them.

The website was easy to navigate with an amazing selection of percussion instruments! The purchase went super smoothly and had free shipping over $150. I'm super excited to try out that cajon!

Hi Chip! Thanks for your order last Thursday! It was processed on Friday and is on the dock for shipment on Monday. You should have it by Wednesday. The rewards program has been replaced by our Cash Back program - you can learn more about that by clicking My Cash Back at the very top navigation of the website. If you have points to redeem from the old site, we'll be happy to convert those to store credit. Thanks again Chip, Rock On!

I narrowed my search down to three djembe drums using the website. Then I called customer service to get more details. The rep knew the three models very well and explained the differences and it became very clear which one I wanted. I chose the Ruby Pro medium. I got it in a week using their free shipping option. I'm amazed at how beautiful it is. It's seems crazy that the price was so reasonable given that it's a solid piece of mahogany. It's got a great sound when I pound on it. Now I just need to learn how to play it.

Needed a foot for my Gon Bops Cajon. A $3 part and they found it, called me back and it's on the way. THANK YOU

I think the merchandise that X8 has is superior to the other sites. They also have a huge array of accessories in addition to a great selection of all types of drums. You could find everything you need for your drum needs at X8 and their customer service people would be most helpful.

I recently bought a beginner Djembe package from X8Drums because I wanted to join a drum circle that meets in a local park in my neighborhood. It seemed like a good way to meet new people and share the experience of creating music. The package included a beautiful Djembe, maracas, and a wonderful DVD lesson by Kenya Solomon Masala. As an instructor, he rocked! I was able to start playing some rhythms on the drum before I attended my first drum circle session (so I didn't look like a "newbie"). I had a ton of fun and met some great people. I have recommended X8Drums to my new friends because the website is very easy to navigate and they have every possible percussion instrument there is at extremely fair prices. When I get really good at drumming, I'll go back to X8 for a more advanced Djembe. The choices are endless.

I'm a repeat customer and was surprised to see how much changed with the site design. It is so much easier to see the selection of world instruments. I had an online chat with Art who answered my questions quickly. I have recommended this site to others in my music group.
