Cant remember who I spoke with but the service of this place is unbeatable. I ordered from Ny, a sales associate called me personally to ask how I heard about them, then sent me a hand written thank you card recapping our phone conversation. Truly exceptional attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 9 bottles of 2015 Republique Cabernet but received 1 bottle 2015, 2 bottles 2016, and 6 bottles 2017, without an explanation or a call. I won’t order from them again.
Response from VINOvations· Dec 18, 2019
Steve, There are times when we no longer have a past vintage. We state in our terms & conditions at checkout the CURRENT vintage will be provided while we try to provide the vintage ordered. The Republique is one of our fan favorites and the vintages are fairly consistent year after year.

I will preface this by saying the customer service was friendly. VINOVation called me ~1 week AFTER I placed my order to inform me that only 4 of the 10 bottles I had purchased were in stock. Not my fault as if you plan to sell online, your inventory should have been accurate. If google knew of their lack of inventory issue I bet they would suspend them as a merchant. I got a story about how they’re updating systems which cause the issue. So, I asked if they would honor the free shipping on the 4 bottles due to their error, NOPE! So now I tried to find other wines to make up for the difference and maintain the free shipping. They were 0 for 5 on every request of wine I made stating they only dealt with low batch brands. So, 6 days after my order I got less then half of what I wanted, it hadn’t even shipped yet, I was forced to pay the ~$19 shipping because of their issue and therefore I would NOT recommend even the 1 star (no star was not an option). I can forgive technical issues, I can understand their business model of limited brands, what I can’t forgive, especially this day in age, is the complete lack of appreciation for the scenario they forced me into and the very “matter of fact” way I was put into a take it or leave situation. There wasn’t even an effort to make things right even when I tried to suggest resolutions and make up for their problem. All I received were recommendationS to spend more on stuff I didn’t want from a company I completely lost trust in. I appreciate the person who called, this is not a reflection of their efforts, this is a result of bad management. Hope you take this review as a learning moment - Best of luck.

There are times when we no longer get wine from our supplier. This was one of those issues. We have refunded the 6B out of stock.

Did not ship product. Did not tell me it was out of stock. Still have not provided my refund.
Response from VINOvations· Nov 17, 2019
The order has been refunded. We make every effort working with our partner vineyards, wineries, and importers. This is the downside to offering artisan, boutique, and wines not readily available in the channel.
