Love my wine case every other month. I get all reds and I am so pleased with the selection. Once I got a wine I did not care for and the were great when I brought back. They took both the open bottle and unopened bottle and replaced them with a wine of my choice.

Happy with my initial order, though, when I attempted to order a second case, I waited weeks and weeks after my card had been charged.....still no delivery. I then called and left two voicemail messages neither of which received a response in any form. Weeks after that a credit appeared on my statement. Very poor service.....definitely a pity since my initial experience was very positive.

Subscribed to their Boston Wine School Wine Club for the holidays and very impressed. I selected the all red wines. My friends and family went thru the entire 6 bottles from my club and was raving about the wines. They didn't find one bad bottle. I can't wait for next month.
